We subsequently assist by coordinating the required documentation with consultants including but not limited to architectural, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings and manage the planning and building permit process with the municipal council and relevant building surveyor.
Our evaluation of the tenders provides the committee peace of mind, as we conduct all the due diligence checks, including financial, previous works completed, reference checks and site visits with the contractors or builders who have submitted their proposals to provide the committee with a detailed evaluation.
As registered unlimited building practitioners in both the domestic and commercial environments, our staff know how to coordinate the works and trades, not only from a theoretical prospective but practical also. Roscon provides the committee with a detailed gantt chart illustrating the tasks and milestones, so everyone is kept well informed.
During our site visits we check for the appropriate documentation onsite including, induction checklists, white cards, personal protective equipment, safe work method statements and first aid kits. To keep everyone well-versed, we utilise our proprietary software to develop progress reports including photos and videos. Roscon will also evaluate any variations or time of extension claims submitted from the contractors or builders and provide the committee with our professional recommendation.
