Expert Witness

Roscon provides reports to solicitors, owners and builders on alleged defects in construction of buildings. These reports are usually required where a dispute arises between the owner/s and the builder over lack of payment and/or reported defects in the constructions.

The reports are provided in a manner that is acceptable to the relevant tribunals and Roscon is well regarded in the industry as the industry leader in defect reporting.  The reports are provided in a format that is easy to understand and can be supported by costing’s for the recommended rectifications, as Roscon is a fully licenced, accredited and registered unlimited building practitioner. Additionally we have received platinum member status with the Masters Builders Association (DB-U 13329) & (CB-U 4272).

If the dispute proceeds to VCAT, Roscon can provide qualified Expert Witnesses to testify at VCAT. Building owners may be in dispute with builders over any number of specific defects within the building.
