Over the years we have developed and refined our internal process and systems which are accredited with ISO 9001 and reflect in our professional presentation of maintenance proposals and consultation. While refining other internal systems, we also give emphasis to Health Safety and Environment Management which we constantly review and improve on. We complete Safe Work Method Statements prior commencing jobs, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, use a safe work platform at heights and comply with the latest National Construction Codes.

All significant maintenance upgrades or repairs undertaken by Roscon are managed by qualified project managers who administer the works from commencement to handover. We provide regular updates, photos of various stages of the works, completion certificates where required and guarantee everyone involved in the process is content. We also save you time by completing other administrative tasks such as applying for permits, compliance certificate and liaising between various authorities.

Roscon is a fully licensed, accredited and registered unlimited building practitioner (DB-U 13329) & (CB-U 4272). This gives us an edge over our competitors as we can perform and undertake small, large and high-rise works without any restrictions.

Roscon owns the majority of the equipment we use, we also have our own warehousing facilities with twenty-four-seven access that support our emergency response vehicles, which are fitted out with make safe essential equipment. This is imperative during times of state wide disasters when hire equipment isn’t readily available.

Roscon’s Commercial & Domestic Building Unlimited licenses allows us to work at any height and undertake all maintenance works as we already have all the prerequisites.  Roscon works with all the major insurance companies.
