Paul Cummaudo - Group Chairman

Paul Cummaudo is the Group Chairman of the Roscon Group of Companies he has extensive real estate, Owners Corporation and construction experience which dates back to 1987; his whole working life has been involved around property sales, development and construction and generally around the property industry. 

Paul has not only sold and negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate but has very broad experience covering residential, commercial and industrial sales, with management expertise across the whole property spectrum   including Owners Corporation and facilities management. Paul has also been involved in very substantial and successful developments on his own right as developer and builder with hands on experience.

Sahil Bhasin – National General Manager

Sahil’s experience in executive management has been acquired through various senior management roles and partnerships in the education, not-for-profit and government sectors, with blue chip organisations such as RMIT University, City of Melbourne, North Melbourne Football Club, Fencing Victoria and Victorian YMCA. Sahil has also completed various theoretical educational units. Most recently Sahil has been appointed as councilor at the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI).

Sahil’s commercial building and construction experience most recently included working in the project management team for the redevelopment of Swanston Street and various projects in the Docklands precinct and greater CBD for Melbourne City Council.

Sahil is now responsible for all facets of Roscon’s operations by empowering our committed team

of professionals in the areas of strategy and strategic business planning, financial performance metrics, business development, stakeholder management, contract performance review and negotiations, OH&S etc.

Joy Hirst - Group Accountant

Joy’s background is in banking and finance. For more than 15 years she worked with the Commonwealth Bank in a variety of commercial business positions.

Since joining Roscon in 1992 as Group Internal Accountant, her experience in accounting has been an integral link between the management and administration of member’s funds.

Joy’s excellent knowledge of trust accounting ensures the company’s procedures are managed efficiently and accurately.  She is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions of the company and supervises the trust accounting of various development projects.

The Roscon Team

Most of the Roscon team are on the road managing our facilities directly as caretakers or maintenance staff. Additionally Roscon also have a team of dedicated team for building industry reports based at the office.
