Information provided by you

For example, when you are prospective purchaser or vendor of real estate or request to be placed on a mailing list, we collect your contact details so that we can provide you with the information or advise you need. When you apply for a job with us, we collect information about your qualifications and we may ask you to undertake certain tests as part of our recruitment process. Similarly, if you enter into a rental agreement, we may collect personal, employment and financial information from you.
Information provided by third parties.
Our staff or other Roscon Group of Companies offices may pass on your contact details so that we can send you product or property information or ask you if you wish to be placed on one of our mailing lists. Likewise, for marketing purposes, we may access various databases in the public domain and obtain referrals from our existing clients. If you apply to enter into a rental agreement or lease, you may be the subject of a credit check conducted by an authorised credit agency.
Sensitive Information
We do not collect sensitive information such as your race, religion, beliefs or sexual preference, except where you have consented or where we are permitted or required by law to do so.
How we use the information we collect
We use the information primarily for the purpose for which it was collected. Because most of our information is collected from you directly, you will normally be aware of the purpose of the collection.
