PAUL CUMMAUDO - MANAGING DIRECTOR

  • Paul Cummaudo is the managing director of the Roscon Group Of Companies® he has extensive real estate, Owners Corporation and construction experience which dates back to 1976; his whole working life has been involved around property sales, development and construction and generally around the property industry.

    Paul has not only sold and negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate but has very broad experience covering residential, commercial and industrial sales, management expertise across the whole property spectrum including Owners Corporation and facilities management. Paul has also been involved in very substantial and successful developments on his own right as developer and builder with hands on experience.

PETER CORCORAN - PROJECT MANAGER

Peter has been involved in the building and construction Industry for more than thirty eight years in various capacities. A fully qualified tradesman with  experience in residential and commercial construction he has been involved in restoration work, multi storey developments, other works include bulk & detail excavation, underpins, heritage construction, bridge construction, civil construction and chest construction.

He has been responsible to take multiple projects from conception to completion and always with a positive outcome.

Peter has been engaged as project manager with a variety of select builders who required that projects were completed on time and on budget. He joined the Roscon Group in 2004 and was instrumental in the successful completion of Vicino Apartments. To further his vast experience he has successfully completed a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety .

Peter is well acquainted with all of the legislative Acts and Regulations pertaining to Building & Construction, Occupational Health & Safety and Owners Corporations. 






KINGSLEY OSMOND - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Kingsley commenced his employment with Roscon Group as a Reports Consultant in 2007. His attention to detail has seen him promoted to Business Development Consultant with the aim to further develop and expand the client base. He has expanded his knowledge while continuing to perform property inspections and reports. Kingsley's qualifications include a "Diploma of Building" and a "Diploma of Building Surveying." He offers our clients a professional and friendly service and an informed knowledge of the legislative acts regarding Building Construction, Owners Corporations & Occupational Health & Safety. He is a keen sportsman with interest in golf and football and has a keen interest in music. He says that playing the drums is a great way to vent your frustration.
