About Us

Roscon Group of Companies via its specialist entity Roscon Property Services Pty Ltd a leading specialist provider of property reporting services primarily to the Owners Corporation and Insurance industries. Within our Group we also have a standalone construction company who can performs projects of any size.

We are seeking a Project Manager who will lead this role and become our “Senior Project Manager” our group has already established itself as one of the leading providers of Project Management Services to the Strata Industry in Victoria.

We already deliver leading Project Management Services solutions for our clients across all property types. We are experiencing an exciting period of growth and change, positioning our Group as one of the most prominent property services providers in Victoria and expending into other states exclusively servicing the Strata and Facilities Management Industry. Our future growth strategy is to offer affordable Project Management Services.

About The Role

We have a Project Managers Position available to support the continued growth of our head office located in Coburg Victoria. On a day-to-day basis you will be involved delivering projects from start to finish, prepare scope of works and tendering of works, you will be required to do site visits as required.

We have significant work volumes ahead, so this is a great opportunity to take over an existing workload with future growth available in a permanent capacity.

About You

We are seeking a driven professional, with not only highly developed Project Management skills but exceptional communication and business development skills. A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development is essential together with:

  • Degree or similar tertiary qualification fit for this role.
  • At least 5 years Project Management Experience in a residential or commercial environment.
  • Building experience on a variety of Building Projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment.

Building Consultants


Current Opportunities for Graduate Engineers, Project Management, Registered Structural Engineer, Experienced Building Consultants.

Roscon Property Services is one of Melbourne’s leading property maintenance and building consultancy companies specialising in the Strata / Owners Corporation and Property Management industries. With our present growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Building Reports Consultants to join our team.

This role will allow you to build strong relationships with clients and give you the opportunity to perform a diverse range of property reporting. 40% of your time will be consumed in the field gathering the data for the reports and 60% of the time you will be in the office compiling the reports. We are specifically looking for Graduate Civil Engineers to fill the role of Building Reports Consultant, Senior Project Manager with at least 3 years’ experience, Registered Structural Engineer and experienced building consultants who can carry out a range of building reports on a full time, part time or as a contractor.

Your working hours will be Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Training is provided.

An individual with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills will ensure you are able to effectively support the wider business with all administrative tasks. Further, a vibrant and engaging individual who enjoys supportive duties, as well as various ad-hoc tasks, will be highly regarded. You must have the ability to work well independently and thrive on success.

You will:

  1. All applicants must be fully vaccinated (vaccinated for the COVID-19 virus) this is a strict regulation for our industry. Both doses are required.
  2. Be a university graduate with a completed Engineer’s degree.
  3. Be a highly motivated individual.
  4. Have a fun and cheerful personality.
  5. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise.
  6. Have exceptional computer literacy, particularly in MS Word, Outlook, Excel.
  7. Hold a construction induction card (white card) or have the ability to obtain one.
  8. Hold a first aid qualification or have the ability to obtain one.
  9. Have a squeaky clean record as you will be required to clear a National Police Check.
  10. Hold a current Victorian drivers licence, as you will be required to travel to various municipalities in our company vehicles.
  11. You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.
  12. Possess proficient English skills (written and spoken)
